We had a situation where a previous insurance carrier went out of business, leaving the house not covered; the mortgage company didn't look too kindly on it, and wanted to set a policy that was in excess of $3.5K a year. I called Legacy to see what could be done, and Mike and team turned things around in a matter of minutes, creating a policy as well as notifying the mortgage company.
